COMMISSIONS

Once I receive your inquiry, I will reach out via email to discuss your request further. When expectations are discussed and agreed upon, I’ll send you a quote based on complexity.

The invoice will be sent through PayPal, and upon payment I will send sketch(es) for approval!

This stage is crucial to capturing your vision; revisions or alterations priority. Post-approval, corrections will become more difficult and can jeopardize traditional pieces entirely.

Finished digital pieces will be emailed in high resolution .png format, 300 dpi. If requested, I can will the original working file (.psd, .csp, etc.). I will not physically manufacture nor physically mail any digital pieces, they will be delivered digitally to the provided email address.

If the commission is traditional, you have the option of having it shipped directly to you! Please provide your country of residence so a shipping quote can be included within the invoice, prior to payment.

• United States Residents: USPS is my usual vendor, but please discuss what works best for your location prior to shipment.

If you have a specific, hard deadline, let me know as soon as possible.

Timing and situations of completion can vary greatly depending on my personal workload, as I am employed with a largely inconsistent schedule. I will keep you updated through messages on potential delays.

If the situation no longer works for you, we can negotiate a refund (excluding the product) based on the progress made. If it has past the sketch approval stage, you will not receive more than 50% of the original payment back. (i.e., you paid $100 USD, so you would only receive $50 back)

All prices listed on my website are for personal usage only. For commercial commissions and freelance work, please contact me and clarify its intended usage.

Commercial use of any personal commission is prohibited.

If you wish to use your commissions for commercial means, please clearly establish this in the initial inquiry email. There will be additional fees for commercial rights.

Artwork may be used for personal means (profile pictures, non-profit D&D campaigns, etc.) but may not be used for profit.

If there is unauthorized use of my copyrighted work, you will no longer receive my services and I pursue action.
